Ingredients:
- Kale from your garden or market
- Tomatoes from your garden or market
- 2 Persian cucumbers from your garden or market
- Can of white beans
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Large lemon from your garden or market
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Chop the kale and dice tomatoes into your salad bowl
- Add the sliced cucumber
- Rinse the white beans and add to the bowl
- Squeeze whole lemon
- Drizzle olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle sesame seeds
- Toss and serve chilled
