Ingredients:
- Swiss Chard, Kale, Green Onions, Collards and Beet Greens from my Garden or yours.
- 1 lb large cooked shrimp
- ½ cup of white wine or broth
- Olive oil
- 5 cloves chopped garlic
- Salt, Pepper, Cayenne to taste
- 2 cups of cooked Penne Pasta
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
- Wash and chop the greens and place in a large colander to drain.
- In a large skillet, saute the garlic in olive oil till golden.
- Add the greens a bunch at a time and slowly drizzle the wine or broth.
- When the greens are bright in color and almost done, add the shrimp and toss for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss.
- Top with grated cheese and serve.
