Swiss Chard, Kale, Green Onions, Collards and Beet Greens from my Garden or yours.
1 lb large cooked shrimp
½ cup of white wine or broth
Olive oil
5 cloves chopped garlic
Salt, Pepper, Cayenne to taste
2 cups of cooked Penne Pasta
½ cup of grated Parmesan Cheese



Wash and chop the greens and place in a large colander to drain.

<li>Wash and chop the greens and place in a large colander to drain.</li>
<li>In a large skillet, saute the garlic in olive oil till golden.</li>
<li>Add the greens a bunch at a time and slowly drizzle the wine or broth.</li>
<li>When the greens are bright in color and almost done, add the shrimp and toss for 3-5 minutes.</li>
<li>Add the cooked pasta and toss.</li>
<li>Top with grated cheese and serve.</li>
